Our bikes are shipped 85-95% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. Basic tools and instructions are included.

Each product page features a detailed size chart based on height and inseam measurements. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for more agility or up for more stability.

What is the warranty coverage on your bikes?

We offer a lifetime warranty on frames and a 1-year warranty on non-consumable components against manufacturing defects.

Can I return a bike after riding it?

We offer a 14-day test ride policy. If you aren't satisfied, you can return the bike in clean, like-new condition for a refund, subject to a restocking fee.
